Staggered 19" Tire Combo
The wheels Im going to buy are a 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 front and rear. Im trying to come up with the safest tire size combonation. Heres what I was thinking, please give me some feedback.
Im thinking about a 285/30/19 in the rear for the 9.5" wheels. This tire size will keep me at the stock 25.7" overall diameter. In the front I was thinking a 265/30/19. This tire come to a 25.3" diameter. I was thinking with the smaller diameter tire in the front it could maybe give the car a better stance (with 1" lowering springs) and would be safe from any problems with the "low trac" light.
Do you think the front tire would be too short?

And the 285 is too tall.

It looks like with those sizes the front tires are .3" taller than the rear tires. Could this possibly give me problems with the low trac light coming on?
On my previous set of wheels the light would come on in any gear if the pedal was more than half way to the floor. With the old sizes, the fronts were about an inch taller. I just want to make sure that doesnt happen again. Thanks for your help.
