if you ever get a cam you will really gain with it like 20 (not on top of the 10 you would make with it stock) 15-20 overall with a cam

on ls1howto.com, when they did the swap, the guy explains that he was very impressed becuase he got 24rwhp out of it, not sure what other supporting mods he had, but as ive learned, mods work better with other mods. if you just have an intake swap, you might get 15hp, and if you just have headers, you will see about 15hp, but put them together, and if you do the math, 15+15 would = 30hp, however, since, like is said, mods were better together, you would probably squueze another 5-10hp, making it 40hp, but then with a tune, maybe another 5-10hp, its all based on how many mods support each other i guess. thats just what ive notice when i research stuff on here

It will vary from car to car just for the record. This of course is depending on H/C selection as well as TB and lid combo.

I've heard about 14...that seems pretty reasonable with my experience or installing mine. Time to get a ported tb too or do it yourself like I did.

This is cam and bolt on car and then the addition of the ls6 intake. Don't mind all the crap at the bottom I don't know why it's like that. BTW this is not my car.
