Nearly everyone I've talked to said it's worth 5-12hp and a tenth in the quarter mile....that was enough to get me to buy one. I'd bet your search will likely come up with the same results that I did.

Not worth much on the dyno. Worth a bit on the track though (at least a tenth). Even more on autocrossing.

I gained 13 RWHP and 14 RWTQ after installing an SLP pulley and Katech TB (only change between dyno's). I figured half the gain came from each mod.

Are these gains with the 25% or the 10% underdrive? I have been getting pretty consistant answers from shops and some vendors; 25% worth it, but "can" possibly cause charging issues. 10% not really worth it.
Agree or disagree?

The SLP pulley is 25% underdrive.

The L76 I'm building didn't come with a Balancer, so rather then buy another stock 1 I bought a PowerBond 25%...
They claim an increase of 13RWHP fitted to stock LS1's...

What do Underdrive Pulleys do? Underdrive pulley systems increase engine horsepower by reducing the amount of power required to drive external engine accessories. For example, the alternator, power steering, water pump and air compressor rob horsepower from the engine. By replacing factory-sized crank and accessory drive pulleys with a resized pulley, the accessories are slowed, resulting in more horsepower available to the drive wheels. Typically, a set of Auto Specialties street pulleys will increase horsepower by 12-15, and increase mileage by 2 to 3 MPG. All pulleys are manufactured from Billet Steel or Aluminum, exceeding factory quality.
I also heard something about charging problems &
I've spoken to a couple of reputable Builders & they say that all that **** about charging issues is crap..
But I guess, thats not to say it wont happen on every application?
