yea i have a question i have 98 z28 camaro bone stock, just gutted out converters and a cross flow flowmaster, well i plan on add pacesetters headers and the 3 inch y pipe and run 3 inch exhaust all the way back, also i plan on add that slp flow intake and an ss hood, how much of a difference would it make?

It'll make a nice difference. My times are in my sig with the mods I have. I noticed a nice difference with the headers/tune. I don't have a LS6 intake either.

Just a word of advice, most people will tell you to ditch the flowmaster..

Headers and a good flowing exhuast, and lid should put you about 340ish rwhp

Flow pac is not worth the money. IMO just get the lid.

SS hood will not make a performance difference. May cool the engine bay a little, but for me its purely for appearance

I misread what he said about the SLP part. I assumed him meant the LS6 style intake.

Yeah ditch that idea of the flowpack. Get a lid and either a fast toys ram air up a super sucker ram air(do a search) and you'll be fine.

The K&N is optional. I'm running a paper filter, as are some of the fastest cars on this site. 3.73's will be good if you have an auto., if you have a 6 speed, I'd skip those and go to 4.10s.

Headers back exhaust and a lid should put you about 340 rwhp +/- vs. the 300 +/- you should be at now.

My dyno numbers are in the sig. All dyno pulls were with paper filters, the last time we tried a couple pulls with no filter. One filterless pull was the same as with paper filter and the other produced a 3.5hp gain. I'll be staying with the paper filters.
