Default Do I need to send my PCM or just the chip to a tuner?

I've already ordered a tune from PCMforless and have pulled my PCM. My car is a '94 and I know this was a transitional year for the chip to PCM. I have included a pic of my PCM for clarity. I need to know ASAP so I can get this shipped off!

I've heard good things about these folks and am looking forward to the car really running good as soon as the new tune is in it!
