homemade turbo kit...
Just some pics of some garage work...it will go on a 383 LT1...Precision T76 Q trim w/ 40mm gate. Half was welded with fluxcore, half with gas. Had issues with my welder before.
It consists of 2.5" logs with 1.75" primaries. The DP will be 3"... looking for 700rwhp thru M6...

Launching!
I am trying to figure this setup out. It looks like you have no room for plugs and wires without getting them fried. Also, since the passenger side pipe is coming under the oil pan to the driver side log, how are you going to keep from boiling the oil?

The crossover pipe is going right where the stock y-pipe would be so that's not an issue with boiling oil. And the driver's side manifold has all the piping up high at the exhaust ports and the plugs and wires are below that so there should be no problem with burning wires. The only thing I don't like is that "Y" section isn't as smooth a transition as I would like to see. Is that pipe all stainless?

The y-piece is about as nice as you can get...exactly even x sections. I anted to merge it before it turned 90 degrees to go into the turbo. All the pipe is mild steel 16ga.
