Turbo Mounting Height
Who is running a low mounted turbo with gravity return? How low is your turbo (eg. bottom of centre section is 2" about top of oil pan where it connects to block)? How low can these be mounted?

the turbo outlet should be at least 8' to 10' above the oil pan for a good oil return on gravity, yet if you run it lower than that? you will want to run a scavange pump.
i sent a pm on the info for the oil and return for a low mount system.
good luck!

In case anyone is interested....
i didn't use a restrictor. i went to -3 line for the feed.
i also went to -12 fittings from the turbo to the scavange pump and drilled out the inside of the fittings.
i found the outlet plate on the turbo was 3/4 square, so i welded a 1/2npt bung to it and drilled out the 1/2npt to -12 fitting. it has a drop in it, so i reamed it out to the 5/8 inside dimension and flared out the end so the was less of a lip for the oil to pass smoothly.
the scavange pump had 3/8npt to -10 fittings in and out, so i put -12 to -10 adapters then reamed them out to their true 1/2inch size ( best i could do since the pump is plastic housing)
the line from the pump to the pan is a silicone 3/4 push on hose! with the -12 push on fittings. these are a true 3/4inch inside diameter. yet the fitting have a drop inside for the transition to the 1/2 npt, so you will need to ream these out also.
car went 11.3 at 129 on a (stock) motor, cam only at 9 psi. no smoke or oil problems to date and it's driven to work everyday
hope this helps? thxs jeff
