Default Worthwhile bolts ons for a 5.3 Sierra

Figured I would ask here since it is basically the same engine.

what mods are worthwhile for a 2000 sierra with a 5.3

I know exhaust and intake but besides that is there anything that really makes a difference to offset the cost and possibly better gas mileage along the way.

Not a noobie to cars have a nice 93 H/C camaro.

I think on a 5.3L I'd just do headers, catback, and a cold-air intake. Those will all help the engine breathe easier. I don't think you should bother with anything because I don't think you are racing it or anything.
