Talking fuddle customer service

well i see alot of people on here going back and forth about buying a Fuddle verter.after having my 3600 2.2 for 11 months i called john just to ask him a question.towards the end of the season i noticed my mph was coming down a little at a time.i was hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift and the verter started to feel looser than it was before.i thought my tranny was dying so i had it rebuilt at a local speed shop(no more hitting the limiter)when i had my cam installed the tuner made a comment about my 5000 rpm stall.i told him it was a 3600 but had felt like it was looser now than before.now i call john.i only spoke with him a handful of times and after telling him this story he says i'm gonna send you a new one at no cost without even knowing what was wrong he sent out a replacement verter with no cash from me and even paid the shipping!all he asked is that i send the old 1 back so he could see what happened.the new 1 is in and it feels great.if anyone was on the fence about a Fuddle verter this is a great example of the customer service that sets Fuddle apart from everybody else.just wanted to say thanks to Fuddle for the customer service that is way beyond what should be expected.Fuddle rocks

they range for different hp levels, the one i was looking at before i got this used one, was like 550, and that was the second level one, there was one cheaper than that

His customer service has so far been completely rediculously good. To bad everyones services that has to deal with customers (even outside of the auto industry) isnt like his...
