im getting my 2800 vigi restalled soon and i cant decide between 4000 or 3800, its street driven with a 3.73 gear, help me out

i have a vig. 3200 I am may be restalling to 4000 but only i have 3.23's and i drive it on the street. with 3.73's id say do it once and do it right and go 4000.

4400. if you can handle 4000, go bigger!

i think 4400 will be too big, does that big of a stall hurt these cars?
