Default th400 converter choice for high hp

I think carl rossler is going to do my th400, but I am not sure which converter to get. The car will be about 900fwhp on the spray. Has anyone ever used a fuddle in a high horsepower application. I have heard about neil chance and coan, but who is the best with in reasonable price. I would like any input on this subject from people with experince. thanks

fuddle will take care of you. he has had a few very fast th400 cars with his converters.

btw, i have run an A1 converter and absolutely loved it. it was in the 800 dollar range. i considered that "reasonably priced."

NCRC is the best but you better have a big budget.

Talk to Eastside, they have done several big power nitrous cars, with th400's in them, they would probably be able to help you out. they've had 2 8 second nitrous cars, and some of the fastest 346 nitrous cars in the country, I'm sure they know what you need.

Ha, i'm looking at the exact same setup (bout 700 on motor and 900 when and if I eventually spray) and went with a 4000 fuddle. I'm still waiting on the motor and trans (th400) but as soon as it's back together i'll certainly be talking of how well or not well this converter works. Look forward to testing it, Fuddle was very confident that I would like my verter. Good luck and let us know how it works.

sr71, are those times with your fuddle?

Which tranny are you getting from them. I got my th400 with break and ultra bell from HPE which gets their trans from them. They were a little high on the verter though at around $900ish so I decided to give fuddle a try. Good luck!
