Default Best Td Exhaust Muffler

i need a street legal muffler and i am planning on getting a TD exhaust...i like borla alot can i make a TD with borla mufflers or would u reccommend sumthing else.. thanks

Texas? emissions? I dont think I have ever heard those two words used together like that.

Mufflers don't have anything to do with emissions, noise problems yes, but that is very subjective.

You have to run cats, but nothing is set in stone here in texas. You can usually pass with out them if you dont have an SES light showing.

I had 3" duals with dumped bullets and it was the best sounding system i have ever heard IMO.

It got old after a while, so i put cats in and had the pipes run out the back to make it a bit more tame.

LS1sounds.com has a TON of vids, pics, and lists of mods. You will always have 43 different posts with people telling you their mufflers sound the best, but you should go with what you like. Some people like a clean and refined tone while others actually like the loud *** outrageous rasp produced by some systems.
