10 Second Club - 10 second pass?

Here are my mods:
ported air box
kn filter
whispher lid
ported maf sensor
hp tuner
pacesetter lt's
y-pipe
ravin muffler
22" roll backs
stage III racing tranny 3500 TCI stall
patriot stage II heads 59cc
comp cams 232 240 .595 .610 112 lsa
comp pushrods
mickey et's
subframe connectors
relocation brackets

I know i won't be in the 10's yet, but how close will I be? But most importantly i need to know what else i can do to get there? I want to stay NA and have a consistent 10 second car. I know the suspension is where I will move to next. I have ordered qa1 shocks and springs what else would help?

Reduce weight on your car. Tubular K-member with upper and lower control arms
is worth about 55-60 lbs. light weight carpet is good for 30 lbs, light weight wheels, light but strong drive shaft, etc....

Get a line lock, so you can do a proper burnout and make sure that all the water is off your tires.

Steeper gears will help. Remember that by the time you get into the 10's, wou will more than likely need a stonger rear end.

These are are just a few things to start looking into.
