Default i think i found out the grinding noise

ive been posting about the grinding noise in my tranny.so i finally got her on a lift and checked everything to see if anything was loose.nothing was loose.but when i installed my headers i didnt put my heat shield back on to protect the clutch hydro line when i checked it the rubber boot moved down the line when i looked further up the line it was closer to the header so i moved it up the line.so far so good i havent heard any grinding noise or anything for the past couple of days what does the heat from the header do to the clutch hydro line when it heats up like that?and if it boils the fluid in the line what does that do to the performence of the slave cylinder?if it boils does that mean that air can find its way into the system?or is it ok cause it will rise to the top and kinda bleed it self?
