Default Coolant Level

Should the coolant always be at the top of the radiator when checked cold?
Do I just keep adding coolant until this happens??

I normally top mine off a couple times after a change to allow the air to get out.

yes, if u are changing it make sure all the air pockets are out, sometimes it will take quite a while to get all the air out
