if u go no cats can u still get an inspection sticker in tx?

i think it depends on which part of tx. here in san antonio the only thing they did on my inspection was flip the head lights and i passed. it was pretty awsome considering ive had to deal with california emmisions untill then. try posting this in the texas member section.

i see all these guys w/ no cats, and its gonna be cheaper in the next month or so for me to do my exhaust w/ no cats
