Blue silicon couplings for piping?

Blue silicon couplings for piping? I am getting ready to buy the blue silicon coupling pieces to put together the piping for my blower. If I am using 3 inch pipe, do I need the 3 inch size of the blue stuff, or do i need to go a lil bigger so it will fit over. Also, is there anywhere I can buy this stuff at a good price?The place I called said $51 for 90 deg. elbow

Try www.stylinmotors.com they have 3" 90's for 35.00. High qualtiy stuff.
