How much does it cost? If I bought some new rims, but still wanted to use the tires on my current rims, about how much would it cost to take it somewhere and swap the tires off of my old rims onto my new rims?

5-25.00/tire for dis-mount/re-mount and balance. depends where you go, what machines they use etc etc.
I wouldn't worry about cost, go somewhere reputable and have it done correctly so your wheels don't get bent or damaged from an un-experienced user or outdated machine.
