Default To Stroke or Not to Stroke

I have a 98 C5 that was pushing 427 rwhp and running 11.30 w/ 1.61 60ft.
I just had 150 shot installed and when we put it on the dyno it dropped to
416 rwhp. We think it is ring issues because of some smoke after each pull.
On the gas was 525 rwhp. My question for everyone is, should I go with just a good set of new pistons and rings or with a 383 stroker kit? If you think the stroker, what brand and what kind of rwhp increase do you think I could see.

I have a 383 in my Zo, I love the tq and power under the curve compared to my 346 WS6. My WS6 is quicker though, because I suck at launching the Zo, lol.
