Default tire presure

what psi should i have in my 245/50/16 tires? right now its at 30 psi, is that ok??

my tirer are 275 49 zr17 what shuld the tire presure be on them,ive been runing about 40psi.is this to much

WAY too much! Quick go outside, and take 10lbs of air out of each tire!!!!

30 psi is too low..for a driver.

Ideally you should chalk your tires and drive around for a few minutes, park it and see how evenly worn away the chalk is Of course this takes time, but its the best way to figure out exactly what pressure you should be running. I'm too lazy to do that. I usually aim around 32psi. Anywhere from 30-35 is good for the street.

I agree. From reading a few threads on tire pressure, I find most live in this range, with the majority in the area of 30-32.
