Default LT4 Performance Help

My Dad has an LT4 Vette, he wants to do some bolt on upgrades. Car already has a magnaflow cat back, K&N, and one of those air foils. What would be a good bang for buck mod. to do next. I was thinking the ecm..?, what recommendations do you have and what would be the rwhp/tq gains.
I've done quite a few searches, but no significant info on ecm gains on basically a stock car.
TIA

Thanks 96capricemgr.

Got in touch w/ pcmforless, up to a 15 rwhp gain since its a CA. car running crappy 91 oct. Not bad a bang for buck I guess, for NA. Makes me appreciate forced induction
