Default Aftermarket shifter (200 4R)?

I imagine it's left to personal preference. What have you guys used and would recommend?

I used the factory shifter no need for a aftermarket

Did you modify it? I remember reading something about welding tabs onto the stock shifter.

I did nothing to the stock shifter it bolted right up just like it was factory
