TH-400 install?

TH-400 install? hey guys. I have a TH-400 sitting in my garage waiting for an install. I have a turbo kit as well as a h/c combo on order so i will be making too much power for the stock 4l60e. I measured the 400 and it was mulitiple inches longer than the stock tranny.Also it doesnt fir the same bolt pattern to connect to the motor. COuld i just change the bellshousing? if so, were would i buy a different one? Can someone please just help on how to insatall a 400 into an A4 car? I need to know everything. THanks for the help.

you will use 5 out of 6 bolts and there are two ears on the bellhousing that need a little trimming and it attaches fine and i needed to have another driveshaft made. check these links out:
