Which gaskets and bolts for heads for boost ?? ok well ive done seaches and that wasnt good enough so i would like my fellow fi people to help me first question is
1.what gaskit for my 6.0 lq9 heads to use on stock block( best for boost and no leaking ohh can you include part number?)
2.what bolts to use on heads so i dont lift them?
3. what exhaust manifold (gaskets p/n please) for stock ls1 manifolds??

What exactly is wrong with the ARP head bolts and "cometic gasket" combination? Curious becuase thats what I'm using on my stroker. So the the 6.0 head gaskets would be a better combo under boost?? The exh gaskets are required also for a "boosted" motor?

Some people have had issues with Cometics leaking. Others say to re-torque them & they are fine. Which is what I did....excuse me, witch....and I haven't had any leaks yet. I think they are basically hi-$ versions of the GM MLS gaskets.
There is another gasket with a steel (?) ring around the cylinder that I would use if I was planning to run a lot of boost.....the brand name escapes me now. But they cost $200+!

Thanks for the info...what about exh gaskets? Better off using the #12558573 gaskets over the metal stockers I've had zero issues with over the years?
