Default Anyone have their front TTIIs rub caliper?

Just got my TTIIs on today and they look great. The rears look awesome with the 315s on the back. However, it seems like the fronts are rubbing the brake caliper on the bottom part of the caliper. It doesn't make any noise, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of space there. Don't want to mess these wheels up. Should I get to grinding?

What size are the fronts?

My passengers side did that. It seem to happen to a few people. Just take a dremel and grind the bracket a bit.

I have TTII's all the way around and I have a the 13" Baer brake kit up front and they never rubbed.

Yeah, those 315's in the back look like steamrollers. Goota love the TTII's.

Sorry to get back so late, but been out of town all weekend. The fronts are 9.5s. Guess I will get a dremel kit. They seems to come in handy here and there. I don't think I want to do the spacer thing. Maybe in the back to push those 315s out some. They look good from the rear.

Hmmm, I'm not sure why they would be hitting then with a 9.5 front, unless you accidently got a different backspaced rim.

It's the hub of the wheel that rubs the caliper bracket. Build tolerances I guess.

My fronts rubbed on the hub and inner part of the caliper. Just get you a dremel and grind them down a bit...the brakes, not the wheels. It's no big deal. Enjoy the new setup!

Your 315's fit without any problems? I've seen where people are having to cut and bang the car to get them to fit. What gives?

When I had my 17x11 TT2s, I rolled the rear fenders and bought an adjustable panhard bar because everyone said they would hit. Keep in mind I was running Sumitomo's which are a little narrower than some other tires, but I didn't rub at all on the inside, didn't come close to rubbing the fender(and I'm lowered with a Pro-Kit) and never even installed the panhard bar. Who the hell knows...
