Default Mandrel bent tubing?

Does anyone make mandrel bent tubing ready to order?

I need a couple pipes to take over the axle. If I can't get them mandrel I won't do it and i'll go under the axle...which means having to take them off every time the car is worked on

I'm just looking for something ready made that would fit.

Thanks.

Summit Racing and JC Whitney have all kinds of mandrel bent tubing.

Wow you're right. I can't believe I didn't look there first. Especially after staring at a Summit catalog all during my lunch break at work

Mufflex can custom bend whatever you want in mild or stainless, and they have a mandrel bender.

Guess I was lucky......we have a shop in town that just got a mandrel bender last fall. They sell bending mistakes for $5 a pop no matter how much pipe is attached.

Which pieces would you recommend I get?

I am running dumped duals before the axle now, and I need to take them over the axle to tips at the back. Also what size do I need to clear? My Tips have about a 2.75" inlet and my duals are 3".

I went over the axle with 2.5" and that's with the BMR upper PHB relo kit. 3" is possible but (without modifying the heat shields) the pipes will be slammed together. You will probably need 6 90's and 1 45 degree pipe that will be cut up and fabbed for the pass side exit. That one's tricky. Your fabricator should be able to tell you exactly what he needs tho. You will need 2 reducers if you go with 2.5" and you can swedge the rear exit pipes a bit to mate up with your 2.75" tips.
