It worked fine one day - went back to the car 2 days later and now it wont play? It also wont eject the CD's? When I open the door on the changer Nothing happens! When I try to play a CD - I can here it shuffling them around but it wont play. Is there a way to RE-Set the unit? Any Idea what's Going on? Help if ya can, Thanks, Arkangel77

I'd take the uunit out of the car, carefully remove the cover and inspect the mechanism. I'll bet there is a CD or something lodged in there wrong somehow. Hopefully, it didn't cause any permanent damage.

Try the ole unplug it and plug it back up trick. Sometimes when the changer goes into error it will just lock up. Mine has done this a couple of times. If that doesn't work try what was said before.

Had the same problem a while back. Here are a few things to check, when you slide the door open do you hear the discs going back to the MAG? If not pull the front cover there is a small micro switch within the sliding door. Which starts the ejection sequence.Make sure the samll plastic tab did not brake off. If that is fine it is more than likly a stuck disc & holder. Which I just had, ended up taking the unit completley apart to free the stuck disc and holder. Once I freed it up and put them all back in the MAG everything worked fine. Dont know how things became jammed up. But it just happened just like yours.
When you start to take it apart just make not of the screws and there locations. If you look on the case you will see triangles next to the screws that need to come out.
Are you getting any fault codes on the head unit display??
If you need more info shoot me a pm and I give you my phone # and try and walk you through it.
I found this out the hard way after buying a new unit, but thats ok because now I have a spare.
