Default Cooling concerns with new combo?

I'm getting an iron block 408 installed with a D1SC procharger and I'm retaining my A/C. I have a Meziere electric water pump and stock radiator. Should I have any concerns about cooling? Would the blower/ iron block even make a difference? It runs nice and cold now, even with the A/C on in hot weather.

Forget the Electric WP. Not that much of a power gain over stock, but has a chance to fail and can sometimes not flow enougth to keep a larger engine cooled.

I'm doing a VERY similar engine combo (Think I've responded in a thread of your already) and I'm still looking around a replacement RAdiators and what fan's to use.

Give my builder a call and see what he say's. It's Daniel @ SQR sponsor --->. He should be able to help you out.

Well I already have the ewp, so even if its only 5 hp thats 5 hp. I'd never pay $500 for one, I tell ya that. If and when it fails a stocker will go back on!

I don't see you having any problems with your combination. I think your cooling system will be just fine, especially here in the Midwest. Bob
