could my SLP mass air be be my cause of running so rich? I had my car dynoed last friday and the A/F ratio is around 11.5 most of the way and at times went to 11. I made 314 RWHP and 329 RWTQ. I thought a mass airs purpose is to lean the car out some to make more power. The car does have much better power and throtte response with the SLP mass air.

Re: could my SLP mass air be be my cause of running so rich? Odds are the SLP MAf is only leaning the car out slightly. From what I have seen, the SLP MAF is pretty accurate, and doesn't "fool" your computer that much so fueling is pretty good.
The stock tune will place the a/f right around 11.9 at WOT. It is a little richer for some cars, and little leaner for others.
If you just have the SLP MAF and the stock tune, then I would say that your a/f sounds about right.
With your a/f as it is and with the stock timing, you have at least 15 HP to made with a good tune.
