98-99 and up injectors=Can I swap to 98s ?
I forgot the size diff from the 98s and my 99s.I was told to run 30 Lb.,but wonder if the 98s are larger than my 99s.
99s are 24 pound?
98s are 26 pound?
I can get a set of 98s to try out, just wonder what the size diff. is,how much retune needed?

Re: 98-99 and up injectors=Can I swap to 98s ?
Do a search on the flow rates, this has been published many times.
I dont remember the exact flow rates, but the '98 had about 28.4#/hr injectors, while the '99s and '00s had about 26.5#/hr injectors.
For my car, I am at 100% duty cycle at 6,000rpm, so I have been thinking like you and install '98 injectors in my '99.
Forgot to say that you should do some logging and tune for the larger injectors if you go that route. If you see a PW at 6,000RPM of 20msec or higher with your '99 injectors, you are at 100% duty cycle.

Re: 98-99 and up injectors=Can I swap to 98s ?
There is only 2 lbs more fuel flow in the 98 over a 99 and with your mods the 98 injectors will not be enough to maintain a 80% max duty cycle so I suggest you go with the SVO 30 injector which is 36 lbs at 80% duty cycle and then do your testing to see via a PCM scanner how much tuning is needed to get fuel trims adjusted for best overall performance.
