Default Hanging idle at stops

Hey guys,
I have a '00 SS with TR224 /227 cam, ported heads, v-9 supercharger with a t-56 ... the car idles fine at 900 rpm, but the longer you drive it the idle hangs up at 1800-2300 rpm and takes 10-15 seconds to come back down. I have not looked at iac counts yet, or even tossed a DRB on to see what is going on... I was curious if anyone has encountered this problem . The t-body hole has not been touched and I have a baseline program in the computer. Any help would be great... thanks in advance.
Later,
Joe

Default Re: Hanging idle at stops

You're gonna need to get that thing programmed for that cam, that's the problem. I suspect nothing is actually wrong with your IAC system as it's only trying now to compensate for something your PCM cannot compute.
