I have a 1998 Trans Am M6...The last time i went to the track my best time was 12.3 @117 with a 2.1 60 ft. My mods were: 3.73 gears, LT headers, SLP Loudmouth, ASP pulley, Z06 cam,ls6 intake, K&N filter, base tune, and nitto drag radials....im now have 4.10 gears (stock 10 bolt), and im gonna put my bro's cam on (228 230, .571 .573 @112), and im gonna get a full tune....what can i run??
Yeah you can. Your trap speed is good enough for mid-high 11s, but you really need to work on launching your car because 2.1 short time with DRs is pretty bad. Keep practicing.

Stock 10 bolt + DR's + m6 = not good.
First off, Nittos aren't all that great...I'd go with M/T's or BFG's. Better be careful on the launch...The rear is gonna blow if you leave too hard...It's on borrowed time.

AOC & bOOsted hit the nail right on the head. Listen to their advise. Everything they mentioned couldn't get any more true. :drive:

you will run 11s no problem. just improve your 60ft. I ran 11:70 @118 on 3.73s through a 12bolt with a 1.69 60ft.
