Default How does the PCM just forget LS1edit?

A few weeks ago I ported my T/B(took down the lip and polished it) and added few other little misc. things such as the PVC mod, changed the PCV valve, put my MAF ends back on the car(car was tuned with them), then resetted my PCM. When I reconnected it I got a message saying "service tire pressure system", which was disabled using a Tech II a year ago. Then today out of nowhere the car was running like complete junk at the track. One pass would be a 12.0, next would be a 12.6. While stopped with my foot on the brake in drive, if I wouldn't play with the gas pedal at all, after a few seconds or minutes the car would sputter badly and I would get a "remove key" message, and the car would shut off on me! I would have to remove the key, wait a second, put the key back in, and then it would start up as nothing happend. Then later on in the day I noticed the SES light. I got the 0420 code(rear cats), which was disabled with LS1edit a year ago.
Plus when I autotapped early in the day my O2's were in the .6-.7's at WOT, which I knew was impossible without major detonation. But by the end of the day they were back to the low .9's.

By porting my throttle body did I send a lot of things out of whack, or does it sound like my PCM is going? Please help! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
