Default 275/35ZR18 on a 10.5 wheel? Yes or no?

Well I have had my share of wheels and tires in the past. I know it would prob be ideal to get 285 but will the 275 fit a 10.5? Thanks alot

Better to get a 295 . . . why such a small tire on such a wide rim?

Depends on the manufacturer. Get the true measurement from sidewall to sidewall. I tried a Dunlop 275/35 on a 18x10.5 and it was way short. We then checked the specs and it only measured 10.4. So I then got a Kumho 295/30 that measures about 11.9.

I have ordered 275's for a 10.5 rim and it didnt look good at all. The side walls were pushed out too much and the tire looked flat. Best to go with 295 or 305 width. You will be much happier.
