Default Any blower guys using a speed density tune?

I see a lot of turbo guys have good things to say about the SD tune. I don't see why it wouldn't also be advantageous for a blower car. You would get around the MAF maxing issue + remove the MAF as a restriction. I would think the Vortech people especially might see a nice gain because of the way the 3 1/2" intake opening of the blower gets choked by the 75mm MAF. I suspect they might gain a couple lbs. boost. I picked up 2#s switching the MAF to the pressure side. I'm probably going to give it a try soon.

i just went mafless this weekend cause i keep getting a P0102 code and the truck is falling on it's face. I suspect a wiring problem but can't find it. Anyway, the truck is WAY more powerful now than it ever has been. Holy crap. I should have done this a long time ago. I'd love to strap it down the the dyno now to see if I gained anything. I'd swear I have.

If you went HPT 2 or 3 bar I'd remove the MAF.
