Default Bank 1 O2 readings way off, & LTRIMS won't move from 0

On a 99 Z28 M6 with the T1 cam, head work and Dynatech headers, I am getting O2 readings of 900 on bank 2, but only 89-90 on bank 1. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

When the guy installed his headers, he had to lengthen the O2 sensors' wires on both sides to reach the O2 bungs, which may or may not be the problem, since bank 2 is still giving me good readings. If it means anything, he also deleted his cats, egr, & smog pump. Basically no emissions at all. (I checked & all of the EGR functions were also turned off with LS1_Edit by the previous tuner.) Any idea why one bank would be reading so much leaner than the other??

The other problem I'm having in trying to tune his car is that his LTRIMS will not budge from 0. I'd like to believe that the car is just perfectly tuned & LTRIMS aren't changing because they don't need to, but I tend to doubt that's the case. We drove around for about 15 minutes, and the LTRIMS never moved from 0... Could the car be stuck in open loop, never going into closed loop at all? And if that's the case, is there an easy fix?

Thanks in advance for any help.

OK, I think I may have figured out the LTRIMS issue... The car has a 160-degree thermostat and lower fan-on temps, and the "closed loop enable" temperature was never lowered to compensate. I should be able to fix that problem very easily by lowering the "closed loop enable" temps with LS1_Edit.

Now... Any thoughts about the big bank 1/bank 2 differences?
