Default is 6.5" backspacing enough?

is that enough to keep the rim from sticking out past the fender? it would be a 15x10 warrior. i keep seeing everyone say the centerlines stick out but never heard what backspacing they are using. i dont want to grind my calipers or spend $1600 for drag only wheels. ive heard talks of them being made to fit correctly same as welds but have seen no evidence of this becoming a reality.

I ran a 15x10 Warrior with a 6.5" BS, and it did not stick out like you might think. The tire would still stick under the fender on the top, but from the rear it looked like it was sticking out. I fit these with minimal grinding.
