Default Throttle Cable?

I took off my cruise control last night and the throttle cable from the firewall doesn't work. Do I need a new one now?

should still have one cable going to the box behind the battery then another cable from there to the throttle body.

are you saying when you push down the pedal nothing happens?

No, I took that box off and now the only cable that's left doesn't reach the end of the tb.

Ahh, ok. I was under the impression that the traction control box was the cruise control box too lol. I read a little more and understand now.

Also, how hard is it to put a new throttle cable on?

I used to think that for a while as well. Until I tried to get rid of my traction control a few years ago.

The intake isn't in the way. It takes about 3 minutes to do. Pop the old one out and the new one in.
