I have a lsx 78mm intake with stock throttle body, wanted to know what is porting the throttle body,how much does it cost and will I get any horsepower out of it?

You can send it out to a couple of places or even people on this site that do it at home. Usually runs $75 and you ship it there and they ship it back, takes a week or so turnaround and will show gain of around 3-5rwhp I'd guess. I'd say do it.
