Question Bob(epp)...d1sc Kit Question

I Just Recieved My D1sc Kit Yesterday And I Noticed The Plenum Was Hard Black Plastic, I Thought It Came Standard With The Chrome Plenum. Please Help Me.

While not Bob, I'll take a stab at it. The polished plenum is an option. MSRP is $210 for the polished plenum upgrade. The plastic plenum runs pretty cool however and isn't a bad unit for performance.

The aluminum plenum is an upgraded option. It does not come standard in the kit from what I can gather.

Mine came all black. I didn't mind though because the car is black and it went well so I never questioned it.

Yes indeed, the plastic one is the standard. While it balloons up under high boost levels on my dyno, I have never personally had one break. Bob

Polished was always an option, the older kits came with a black aluminum box but they changed that to plastic a couple years ago..
