It's probably a wiring issue, blown fuse, or a bad switch. You might want to post your question on http://www.clubgp.com. You'll probably get more help there.

Most likely a bad switch, I had the same problem when I had a 97 GTP. I found that by jiggling the switch a certain way I could get it to work, but only on the hottest setting.
