Default vacuum modulation for 4l60

I wanted to get some help from anybody who has a vac mod on their 4l60 as far as how good this is to do to your trans or how bad it is.

IMO its the best way control line pressure and totally gets the electronic pressure control solenoid out of the picture. When done correctly it's a good thing!!!

Does anything need tuned in the computer for this? Will the computer still try to regulate the pressure is what i'm asking I guess. What about SES codes?

no the computer cannot possibly control line pressure because that gets unplugged. I dont THINK it sets any codes. Vacuum modulation controls line pressure only...not shift points and such.
