port your throttle body yourself
I have a ported stock throttle body, The ridge-lip has been removed and inside the throttle body has been polished up.
but i would like to also do the throttle shaft mod,
I am not realy sure how to do it,
can some one help me out , or give me a link to DIY porting the Stock LS1 throttle body
thank you for your help

first off, remove the throttle blade and then mark the shaft where it is even with the wall of the throttle body, then remove the shaft and cut only the outer half (on both sides ) of the shaft. then reinstall shaft and check to make sure it is flush. then reinstall the blade & new screws, then trim down the screws. thats a pretty rough overview.
