Default Throttle Position Sensor and WOT

As I have been making shakedown runs on my 94Z28 LS1, I have noticed on Autotap that when racing, my TPS is at 99.6%, and not 100%.

Will the PCM recognize that high a throttle position as WOT, and take the WOT actions for fuel management, shifts, etc.? Or will it only assume WOT at 100%?

In either case I'll grind down the stop...just wondering. That might account for a few things.

99.6 is pretty good as is. I would be very fearful of grinding down any further. If you go over 100% you will have problems.

99.6 will definately be registered as WOT. All I've seen are 99.6 but I have no idea why.
