Cadillac CTS-V - Questions about CTS-V

I am currently looking at trading in my current car (2005 G35 coupe) for a 2004 CTS-V. I just have a couple of questions for you guys.
1. Are there any scheduled model changes coming up?
2. What price should i be looking to pay for a 2004 CTS-V with around like 20,000 miles?
3. Does anyone here have experience with Cadillac dealers on Long Island(Good/Bad)??

Anticipating a deisgn change in 07 for the base CTS and 08 for the V (thats the going rumer right now)

Price is highly dependant on how many miles, condition, etc...
