hankook ventus hr405s good or bad tire? Hey guys, just wonderin if these tires are decent or junk. Do they hook good and what about wear? If anyone can shed some info Id appreciate it. Im lookin at some black zr1s on ebay with these tires. 17 by 9.5 rims with 275/40/17 hankook ventus hr405s. Thanks alot

have em, in fact got them off ebay with my black zr1 wheels also. first off go with the 9.5 / 11 combo, i regret getting the 9.5 all around just for the fact i cant throw the 315s on, second the tires are actually pretty good, mine have held up to about 60% tread left after 10k mi n over 75 passes at the strip. they hook well, if u can drive, i said "well" not great, i've posted 2.01 60ft times on just lid/catback with those tires. hopes this helps
