Default seen this before??

Took PCM out had it tuned replaced now the temp fuel and tach dont work-and the traction control light comes on in the switch when first turn the key on but by the time the idiot light cycle finishes the switch light goes out and the ASR off comes on in the dash-and service engine light comes on --car runs great but those items dont work. Took it to dealership they say pCM is shorted ---also my scan wont connect dealer said they were able to communcate with everything but PCM. anybody have gauge cluster problems please chime in,

"Had it tuned"?

Well, send it back to the tuner and make them make it right.

It almost sounds like they loaded an incorrect / incompatible program in there.

As for the PCM being "shorted", sounds like a typical dealership who doesn't know wtf they're talking about. If all you did was pull the PCM and put it back, I don't see how it can be 'shorted'. Now, if you had your motor out and did a lot of wiring manipulation, yeah, I could see that there could be problems.

Just my $.02.

OK problem solved the dealer tech didnt find it IT WAS THE TUNER that set me in the right direction one of the pins on the PCM pushed down a little.Found it pulled it back up connected everything back up works like a charm,I trusted my tuner and he said he did everthing right and what to look for Best money for a tune I have spent.worst 70 dollars to idiot dealer to learn tuner was right and I could fix it myself if I would just read manual and listen to tuner .Eddy Tuner
