Default QTP customer service is horrible!

As many of you may have read in a post I wrote, titled, "QTP headers are a work of art," I purchased a set of 1 3/4 HVM headers along with their dual electric cutout y pipe from them. I mentioned that I was missing the cutout caps, nuts, bolts, and all instructions. I figured all was well, as I had been assured over the phone by QTP that they would ship everyting out ASAP. Well I recieved the caps, nuts, and bolts, but no instructions at all. The box even had the instructions listed as part of the contents. So ofcourse, I get on the phone and call them again to let them know what is going on. I asked to speak to Barry directly because I wanted this resolved quickly. For some reason whoever I spoke with did not want me to speak to Barry directly and he did not want to mail me any instructions. Instead I was told all instructions would be emailed to me. Not exactly what I asked for, but ok, fine. Well here I am with a file I can not open so I email them back asking for paper instructions again. All I got was that, "there is nothing special with the instructions." After back and forth emails, it seems that QTP refuses to mail me any instructions for the headers, y pipe, and electric cutouts. I coughed up a lot of dough for their products, and they wont even send me a few pieces of paper! Am I asking for too much?

if you need instructions to install a cutout you should find a new hobby.

Did you read the post at all? It's not the point anyways, I should have got them with everything else and I didn't. I called to get what I paid for and they wont give it to me.

Once again, you are missing the point. When you purchase a product, you expect to get everything you paid for. Be it, critical components or simply sheets of paper. It's not a big deal to stick an envelope in the mail, is it?

So they emailed you instructions? And that is not good enuff??? If you really need instructions maybe you should not do the install yourself.

maybe they should send you a installer via fedex, then he/she can come out of the box and do everything for you.

I had to send my electric cutout back to QTP to be repaired and I was very pleased with their service. I hope everything works out for you.

It's a zip file. Seriously, what is the problem with mailing something that should have came with the other parts? It's not a difficult request, and I feel I was very polite. Does QTP **** on all of their customers like this?

What do you need instructions on for installing cut outs? there's a wiring harness, a power and a ground... I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just wondering. When you buy headers there are no instructions for installing them, nor with a y-pipe. The cutout doesnt need directions, thats why its 99% plug in and play except for the red wire being power and the black being ground...
