Default Will LS1 rims fit LT1 Cars?

I have a 95 firehawk and am looking to buy '02 ws6 rims. Will these rims fit on my car or will I need to grind anything? Also if anyone has '02 ws6 wheels on an lt1 car feel free to post pics! thanks.

no they will not fit perfectly!!! the rears won't fit right. They fit fine on the front. well on my 94 they sure don't, you have to grind just alittle off the inside of the rim where the center of the hub goes in. I put a friends 98 transam 5 spokes on my car and thought they just were alittle tight and ended up pressing them on. Took forever to get them off had to bang the crap out of them to free them up... also the 2000 SS rims Im am puting on my car i had to do the same thing. Tried my other friends 2001 transam rims because he had DR's on them and they didnt fit either.

The rear hub for some strange reason is a little bigger . . . not much work to get them to fit, but there will need to be a tiny bit a grinding, either the hub button on the axle, or the center hole of the wheel . . . .

Exactly. I had to do a bit of grinding to get WS6 wheels on my car. Just took a die grinder and took a little bit off the center hole of the wheels.

what he said.

It took a bit of work to get the RR wheel on my car, but nothing major. So yes they fit, but its not quite perfect.

98-02 wheels will fit on a 97 car, but 96 and older they won't fit the rear as stated above.

I ended up selling my friend some LS1 axles along with the wheels since grinding was taking forever.
