Hated the twins really liked him. Gone way to young. Makes you remember to live live everyday and do the things you want and need to do !!!!! R.I.P. #34

ESPN was saying he had been getting really big as of late, then a few days ago, he had a stroke, guess he never recovered. One of the greatest!

RIP man!

I remember seeing him get beaned by a pitch once - you remember how huge he was...

Well, KP started towards the pitcher....walking, not running, but walking...with a purpose.

The pitcher took off like a jet...the catcher went after KP, but only to grab the bat KP was holding, but the catcher grabbed the VERY end of the bat, and was like leaning away like he didn't want to get TOO close...When KP glanced back, the catcher like leaned back a little more, but held onto the bat till KP let go....

I think that pitcher is still running.....

He was a phenomenal presence in the batter's box....
